Pavement Construction Continues at Laurent/Mesquite Lane Intersection

Laurent Street Closed between Airline Road and Rosebud Avenue on July 22

(VICTORIA, TEXAS) The City will again close Laurent Street between Airline Road and Rosebud Avenue and the intersection of Laurent Street at Mesquite Lane on Thursday, July 22 from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Mesquite Lane can be accessed via Bluebonnet Drive (west of Laurent) and Azalea Street (east of Laurent). Construction is expected to be completed over this one night, weather permitting. 

All businesses and parking lots in the construction zone will remain accessible via alternate routes. On-street parking will be prohibited in the work zone.

This construction is part of the $6,171,007 Laurent Street Reconstruction Phase II Project. The contractor is Total Site, Inc. of Houston, Texas.
