Information Regarding City of Victoria Traffic Tickets and Warrants

How to find Municipal Court

The City of Victoria Municipal Court is located at the corner of Main and Juan Linn Streets adjacent to City Hall, behind the Police Department and across from the Post Office Federal Building.  The address is 107 W. Juan Linn St.  All traffic tickets and warrants can be paid in person at this location.

Paying for a Traffic Ticket or By Telephone

You can actually pay for your traffic tickets or warrants by telephone by calling Municipal Court on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 361-485-3050.   This is done by credit card and there is a $3.00 "convenience fee."

Paying for a Traffic Ticket or Warrant Online

You can also pay for traffic tickets or warrants online by clicking this link:  Online Payments  and following the instructions.   You can even use this page to see if you have an outstanding ticket by entering in the appropriate information.

Are You Going To Jail?

While the goal is to get the warrants and tickets taken care of without the individual going to jail, arrest is often the outcome.
